Community Event of the Year returns in 2025

The Euroa Agricultural Society is excited to announce the much-loved annual Euroa Agricultural Show will return in 2025, taking place on the fourth weekend in October.

Now entering its 133rd year, the Euroa Agricultural Show is one of regional Victoria’s longest-running community events. A celebration of agriculture, creativity and rural life that brings together families, farmers, schools and visitors from near and far.

Fresh off being named Euroa’s 2024 Community Event of the Year, the show is set to return with the same energy, heart and country charm locals have come to expect.

While planning is still underway, the committee is working hard to build on last year’s success and continue delivering a weekend everyone can enjoy. Expect a mix of favourite traditions with fresh new features, from livestock displays and equestrian events to art, craft, food, music and hands-on fun for all ages.

Behind the scenes, the committee has also been working to improve processes and enhance the experience for all, with valuable community feedback helping to guide ongoing improvements.

President of the Euroa Agricultural Society, Lyndal Dean, said the event continues to be a source of pride for the region.

“Each year, the show connects our community in an important way. It’s a chance to celebrate everything that makes our region so unique - our people, our produce, our passions,” she said.

“We’ll be seeking support as planning continues and can’t wait to share more details as they’re confirmed over the coming months.

Run entirely by volunteers, the Euroa Agricultural Show is a testament to the power of community spirit. The Society welcomes anyone interested in getting involved, whether it’s lending a hand in the lead-up, entering a competition, sponsoring a section or simply turning up to enjoy the day.

The 2025 Euroa Agricultural Show is less than six months away, returning on the 25th and 26th of October. Follow the Euroa Agricultural Society on Facebook or visit www.euroashow.org.au to stay up to date.
