Once your entries are confirmed, you will receive an entry confirmation email with a PDF attachment containing your Exhibit Cards.

You are required to print your Exhibit Cards and attach the left-hand side slip to your entries before delivery.

Please retain the right-hand side slip to collect your entries and any prizes.

Please deliver your entries to the NR Ralston Pavilion at the Euroa Showgrounds, during the following times:

• Thursday, 23th October: 4:00PM - 7:00PM

• Friday, 24th October: 7:00AM - 10:00AM

PRIZE MONEY can be collected FROM 1:30PM to 5:30PM on show day (Saturday 25 October) at the Secretary’s Office.

EXHIBITS can be collected FROM 5PM on show day from the Pavilion.

Please bring your collection side slip from your exhibit cards.

If an exhibitor wishes to collect their exhibit and/or prize money at an alternative time, they MUST arrange this first with the Section Head Steward and then with the Secretary PRIOR to show day. Failure to make prior arrangements will result in the exhibit and/or prize money being forfeited.
